Advice
To help the Emergency Services contact your Next of Kin/ Family member/ Friend, then consider using ICE (In Case of Emergency) in your mobile phone. This is where you put 'ICE' followed by the name of the person you would want the Emergency Services to contact - as well as their phone number(s). For example:
ICE Joe Bloggs
It is possible to have more than one ICE contact and they should be listed as below:
ICE1 Joe Bloggs
ICE2 Helen Baine
ICE3 Sarah Foster
If you don't have a mobile phone, or know someone without a mobile phone and you want them to have someone to be contacted in case of emergency, then write on a slip of paper 'IN CASE OF EMERGENCY' (if paper folded, make sure it can be seen on outside) with names and numbers of those to be contaced.
Other Sustainable Considerations:
Carry a donor card around with you, and MAKE SURE your family/ next of kin understand your wishes!!!
